Comprehensive Mandatory Reporter Training 

Saturday May 31, 2025 (Live in K Falls -- KCC, limited lodging available, and Zoom). Set 2, HSN, PM 6 hrs 9:30 am to 4:30 pm). This is a BRAND NEW training. We dive deep into Oregon Law. We will give you the in-depth, need to know information on mandatory reporting including key words and phrases you can use to increase the likelihood your report will be investigated. We also will dive deep into investigations into child care programs and what you need to know to protect and defend yourself against OTIS investigations and complaints of abuse.

Making Behavior Management Easier 

Saturday July 12, 2025 (Live in Bend/Sunriver -- limited lodging available -- and Zoom). Set 2, FCS, OA, UGB, HGD 8 hrs 9:30 am to 6:30 pm includes lunch and dinner for those live attendees). This is a BRAND NEW training. We cover topics of child development as it relates to behavior, observing and assessing behavior, teaching behavior and regulation, and focus on many teachings from Conscious Discipline training (this is not Consicious Discipline training as that is set 1 material -- we will go beyond that). Let us know if you need to pick up a set 1 Conscious Discipline training ahead of time.

FCC Wellness Conference -- A Conference for FCC providers 

Saturday September 27, 2025 (location still in progress) Join us Friday September 26, 2025 for a conference keynote activity and refreshments beginning at 7 pm. Stress relief, avoiding caregiver syndrome and burnout, conflict resolution, and more classes will be available at this conference. More details will be released by May 2025.
